Cross Creek West is a premier neighborhood near the intersection of Legacy Drive and Red River Drive in Plano, Texas. The 146 single family homes are near schools and city parks.
Hedgcoxe Elementary and Hendrick Middle School are located within walking distance of our community. There are acres of trees and parks nearby. The community is only minutes away from downtown Plano.
Cross Creek West III HOA
Cross Creek West II HOA was formed in 1999. Participation in the Association is voluntary. The Association was formed to maintain the value and appearance of our subdivision community property as our neighborhood matures. We currently maintain the landscape at the entrance to our neighborhood on the northeast corner of Red River and Legacy Drive.
The Association includes the Cross Creek West subdivision. Our boundaries are:
North: Greenfield Dr
South: Legacy
East: Randall Way (Randall Way Alley)
West: Red River
